PREFERENCES

I WILL PAINT:

Real people in my style
Original characters
Fan-art (for personal use)
Animals and nature
Landscapes
Mythical creatures (fairies, mermaids, elves, gnomes, etc)
Illustrations for projects in which my art is not the sole content(book covers, book illustrations, album covers, etc).

I WILL NOT PAINT:

NSFW
Furries
Mecha
Hateful/offensive content
Hardcore violence/gore
Graphic Designs (This includes tattoo designs, logos, signs, basically stuff that would fall under vector art and text/calligraphy work)
Product designs in which my art is to be used as the sole commercial content and sold by an individual or party other than myself(including but not limited to: clothing, stickers, pins, charms, greeting cards, and housewares).

Additionally, a good way to verify if my art would be a good fit for you is taking a look at my previous work on social media. I am solely an Illustrator and Concept Artist and not a Graphic Designer.

PROCESS

Commissions are fulfilled on a first-come first-serve basis. Upon acceptance of your request I will let you know where you are in line, and you will then be contacted when I start on your piece.

Please expect 1-2 weeks turnaround time once I start on your piece as I'm often working on multiple projects.

WIP's can be requested throughout the process! If there are any errors that you notice please point them out in the early stages of the painting so I can correct them.

SOCIAL MEDIA + PERMISSIONS

I reserve the right to share any commissioned work on social media and/or sell prints or merch of artwork(I will not sell artwork that holds sentimental value to my clients!).

I don't often share commissioned work I've done, but if you are uncomfortable in any way, shape, or form with me sharing your piece online please let me know and I will not post it!

My commissions are currently presented in a digital format only, my clients may post their commission on any platform (with proper credits), and print as many copies as they like, as well as gift them to friends and family.

Re-selling copies of non-commercial commissioned artwork in any shape or form is prohibited.

HOW TO ORDER

There are two ways of requesting a commission from me:

1.) Fill out my commission request form featured here at the top of the TOS page or on my commission page.

2.) Contact me via the following:

I will contact you shortly after your request has been made as to whether I accept or reject it.

If your commission request is accepted I will contact you to discuss payment arrangements, timelines, and any further questions that you or I may have.

If I don't accept it please don't feel upset! My workflow and style probably isn't the best fit for you, and I don't want you to waste your money on something that you won't be happy with.

I am dedicated to giving my clients a pleasant experience.

PAYMENT

-For Busts, Full-Bodies, and Pet Portraits payment is required upfront after you approve the basic sketch for the painting.

-For Detailed Illustrations, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required after you approve the basic sketch for the painting.

-Payment is accepted via PayPal only.

Partial refunds are available for Busts/Full-Bodies/Pet Portraits ONLY before you receive the finished piece.

AI PERMISSIONS

Commissioned artwork is, under no circumstances, to be fed into an AI program or altered by the use of AI.

Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
